Our studio recently had the honor of being featured on Design Sponge!!! After spending almost a year decking out our space, we’re so excited to share it with you. It’s been a process, but a loving one. Here’s the story. We moved into our new space last March and hit the ground running. Full-steam ahead with wedding season.
As a result, we SLOWLY decorated. But that meant, we only incorporated pieces we really truly love.
Being design-minded people in a design-minded industry, we wanted to create a space we, and our clients, found inspiring. A studio that felt like a home to great ideas.
Of course, on the long list of all the things you want in your space, there is another, much shorter list of things you can actually justify spending money on, right?
So for the larger pieces of furniture, we scoured the usual affordable outlets for items that worked with our style - IKEA, CB2, Target. This allowed us more freedom when it came to decor. For almost all our decor and artwork, we sourced pieces from small businesses - Wind and Willow Home, Hackwith Design, Foundry Home Goods.
After almost a year in our new space, it’s finally starting to feel like home. And we must say, we’re pretty happy with the results.
